Term of Service

First, you need to fill out the form with your character’s details. After that, I will send you an email with all the information, including the fabric color palette, materials, estimated time, and final cost.

Then, you will need to confirm whether you want to move forward with the process. Once the payment is made, your slot will be 100% secured. However, if you can’t make the full payment or the first installment yet but are sure you want to reserve your spot, you may secure it by paying 5% of the total amount.

If not, that’s no problem, but please keep in mind that I may receive another order if your spot hasn’t been confirmed or reserved, which may affect the timeframe. Also, if you make the reservation but too much time passes (months), your reservation will expire, and the amount paid is non-refundable. This applies to both commissions and premades.

Please also note: if you’re not able to afford it at the moment, please don’t reserve a slot or premade, as doing so prevents someone else from obtaining it. I am flexible and offer multiple payment methods, but this is my job and my livelihood. Please be responsible with your finances and considerate of others.

Additionally, the 5% deposit will be deducted from the total, but if you decide to cancel, this amount is non-refundable.

Shipping costs are not included in the quoted price of the suit.

You can always ask and I will get a quote from different postal companies and you decide which one is more convenient for you.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or damage product from the postal service.
But all shipments include a minimum insured amount. In the event of loss or damage, a claim will be filed with the shipping company according to each specific case.

This insurance is an additional cost included in the total shipping price and is not optional.

The process has stages, first of all we check the fabrics and colors and materials (I will send a Email with all the info and showing the palet and how much it will cost and times)

✧ Then I will start the 3d design for the base and show you a painted reference so you can better understand how it will look, if you agree then I will proceed to print and start assembling the pieces.

✧ When it is ready I will show you the fabric patterns to start sewing everything and once that is done it is simply sewing and gluing and cutting hair, I will show you the progress but at that stage there is not much to ask.

~ So it is important that if you have any questions or want to make any changes, let me know because sometimes there are things that cannot be turned back.

I only offer full refunds when we have not started work on your products and didn't buy any material. If you want to cancel your commission the refund will be calculated depending on the progress so far, we will do everything we can to refund you as much as possible.

Each design is created based on your reference, so please make sure to provide one that you truly like. If you have examples of styles or ideas for how you’d like your suit to look, feel free to share them this helps me shape the design according to your preferences.

Even if you have seen a suit I’ve made before, or one from another maker that you like, it’s helpful to mention it so I can better tailor the project to your taste. Each suit is built from a different base.

I will show you the progress throughout the project, and if you have any questions or if something doesn’t convince you, just let me know. I will also check with you while creating the pattern to confirm everything is correct or if I need to adjust something. It’s important that you are sure, because depending on the stage of the process, it can be difficult to go back or undo changes.

If you decide to make a change to your character’s design, please let me know as soon as possible. These changes may result in additional costs or delays depending on the stage of the project and the type of modification (such as changing ears, colors, or adding horns).

Please be sure your reference material clearly shows exactly how you’d like your suit to be made.

Dates cannot be predicted perfectly, but I try to give a good estimate. I do offer rush fees if you need your suit by a certain date, so please communicate your deadline during the commission application process.

The current average completion time is 3-6 months.

When commissions are closed, you may join the waiting list. Once I review your request, I will provide a quote along with an estimated timeline and the approximate month when I can begin working on your commission. If you agree to move forward, a payment of 5% of the total cost will be required to secure your spot on the list.

If you choose a payment plan, extended installment options are available (6–8 monthly payments).

I do not accept any commissions from minors. You have to be at least 18 years old to commission a product. (By accepting the terms and conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.)
